The INCANTO series of Classes is meant to transmit and rediscover the life force after a time of intense contraction, and to allow ourselves to put into light our new being. A being that seems to be both delicate and yet powerful.
Let’s see what it has become.
VOCATION
If we are charmed by something incredibly beautiful, something so vital that we can sense on a conscious and unconscious level, what happens is magic.
Yes, but what is it?
It is a state of completeness, an alignment in totality.
Let’s assume that our essential Being which we may give names as light, soul… , manifests through matter.
It is therefor intimately connected to the body, as it is to emotions, as it is to the mind.
And it is connected to vision.
On all these different levels we can give an input: physically – concerning the organs, muscles and the skeleton. Emotionally – as it is our primary wish to bring you into joy.
In any case it is visionary.
Now we can do a quantum leap. We can create a new imago of ourself which is true also for the context of this imago. And we can create what we want to do.
The more we are aligned within the certainty of our Being the more we are probably able to manifest ourselves on all levels.
We, Barbara and Franco, feel and know that through our work on movement we can support the process of self evolution, of self dismantling.
Indeed a coming home on many different planes.
WHAT WE DO
This is where we put our focus on during the INCANTO encounters: to release tensions in the tissues of the body, to make space in-between the cells through breath, to regain the feeling of being centered, to activate a new trust in the body and in relating to others.
Joy and vision through dance.
To do so we will use different practices as yoga, stretching of the meridians, physical meditations, sound, breath.
But over all we play out our healthy craziness in creating such dances. Solid, poetic, visionary.
MODALITY
We work together in our homes.
The program is about three hours and a half and will happen in the same moment for everyone. We will be connected through our human energies and via chat.
During the Class we will meet in certain moments by voice or message, and we, Barbara and Franco, will guide you through.

La serie di Classi INCANTO vuole trasmettere visioni e farci riconnettere alla nostra vitale forza originaria dopo questo tempo di intensa contrazione. Ci vuole accompagnare e permettere di portare in luce un nostro nuovo Essere, delicato e potente nel contempo.
Vediamo che cosa è diventato.
VOCAZIONE
Siamo incantati quando siamo rapiti da qualcosa di talmente bello, di vitale comprensibile a livello inconscio e conscio.
Si, che cosa è questo bello?
E’ uno stato di completezza, un’allineamento nella totalità.
Presumiamo che il nostro essenziale essere, che può avere molti nomi – luce, anima…, agisce attraverso la materia. Esso è quindi intimamente connesso al corpo, come lo è alle emozioni, come lo è anche al pensiero. Ed è legato anche alla visione.
A tutti questi livelli noi possiamo dare un input: fisico – che riguarda gli organi, i muscoli e lo scheletro. Emozionale – perché nostro primario desiderio è di portarvi nella gioia.
Quindi comunque visionario.
Ed è là dove possiamo fare un salto quantico. Possiamo creare la nostra propria immagine, e il contesto della nostra immagine. E fondamentalmente anche che cosa vogliamo fare.
Più siamo allineati nella sicurezza del nostro Essere, più probabilmente riusciremo a manifestarci a tutti i livelli.
Noi, Barbara e Franco, sentiamo che il lavoro sul movimento che proponiamo sostiene questo processo di auto evoluzione, di auto smantellamento.
In realtà un ritrovarsi a molti molti livelli.
CHE COSA FACCIAMO
Negli incontri di INCANTO mettiamo il focus sullo scaricare le tensioni dai tessuti del corpo, sul fare spazio tra le cellule attraverso il respiro, sul ricomporre la centratura, sull’innesco di una nuova fiducia fisica e relazionale.
Gioia e visione nella danza.
A fare ciò ci aiuteranno le varie discipline come lo yoga, lo stretching dei meridiani energetici, le meditazioni fisiche, il suono, il respiro.
Ma soprattutto la sana follia nel creare le nostre danze. Concrete, poetiche, visionarie.
MODALITA’
Lavoreremo assieme nelle nostre case.
Il programma è di tre ore e lo faremo in contemporanea. Come già sperimentato con molti di voi, anche questa volta saremo connessi tramite le nostre energie umane e via chat.
Funziona che in certi momenti nell’arco del nostro stare assieme ci incontriamo sulla chat. Per voce o messaggio. Vi guideremo noi, Barbara e Franco.
