attorno alla Luna Piena di ogni mese ci sarà questo spazio dedicato a voi. In questo anno si presenta con il nome DOLPHINIA.

Offro con grande e luminosa gioia questi incontri tra noi donne. Sono fonte di ricerca e pratica fisico-spirituale attraverso l’arte della danza, del tantra e della meditazione.

Sono incontri morbidi e di connessione profonda che permette a ogni donna di lavorare ed esprimere se stessa nell’adesso del suo essere.

Ricostruendo così antichi templi futuri iniziamo da quello più vicino a noi, il nostro prezioso corpo.

VOCAZIONE

Gli incontri delle donne sono reami del femminile. Sono fluidi raduni dedicati alla ricerca della unione e della integrazione dei colori del nostro essere.
Saranno coinvolti il nostro corpo fisico ed emozionale, quello mentale, come le nostre capacità più spirituali.

Lavoriamo tra noi per nutrire là dove la vita quotidiana lascia vuoti e poco spazio per la nostra più profondamente libera e autentica espressione come donne.
Desideriamo riprendere sovranità dove, anche in modo inconscio, attendiamo risposte esterne.

E con ardente desiderio ci muoviamo in una danza essenziale tra generante creatività e gentile determinazione, in noi e attraverso noi.

ALL’ INTERNO DEL GIARDINO

Ogni raduno si rivela una bellissima e intensa modalità per un lento svelare del femminile in noi. E il farne esperienza fisica ci spinge verso una nuova consapevole visione nel nostro essere donne. È un sensibile lavoro che con gentile fermezza penetra il nostro terreno più intimo.

La Classe mantiene i propri confini attentamente protetti per contenere in se la colorata gamma della nostra energia femminile e la sua espressione. L‘atmosfera si introduce fluida e sinuosa e non aspetta altro che essere rilasciata nel movimento.

Il lavoro al suo interno ci lascia in una nutriente espansione energetica creatasi durante l’incontro. Rimane una sensazione di essere avvolte in un bagno di gioia e di essere giunte all’incontro con la nostra fonte originaria.

ACCADE TRA NOI

… un lavoro fisico che coinvolge le energie del nostro vascello corpo a tutti i livelli, quelle visibili e quelle invisibili.

Per ogni incontro preparo attentamente un assieme di pratiche, meditazioni e do molto spazio alla espressione creativa della danza. Sono questi i momenti spesso più sacri che ricordano tempi di templi.

A secondo del momento energetico possono accadere delle catarsi che liberano da qualche catena arrugginita.
Le varie pratiche olistiche trovano appoggio nelle discipline dello Yoga, dell’Ayurveda e dell’autentico Tantra.

PER PARTECIPARE

Le Classi sono aperte a tutte le donne. 
Chi è meno abituata al movimento invito di porre fiducia nel momento presente e nella presenza di tutte le altre donne. Durante la Classe entriamo in espansiva e avvolgente risonanza.

Le danze sono libere da richiesta di tecnica.
Siate solo pronte a immergervi nell’energia del corpo e in qualche parte sconosciuta di voi, il lavoro è profondo.

To the women…

around the Full Moon of each month this space is dedicated to you. This year it presents itself with the name DOLPHINIA.

With great luminous joy I am offering these meetings among us women. They are a source of physical-spiritual research and practice through the art of dance, tantra and meditation.

These are gentle encounters of deep connection with the self that allow every woman to work and express herself in the now moment of her being.

In thus reconstructing ancient future temples we begin with the one most close to us, our precious body.

THE MYSTIC VOICE

VOCATION

With these women’s encounters we tap into the realms of the feminine. Fluid gatherings that are dedicated to the searching of union and integration throughout all the colors of our being. Our physical and emotional body, the mental one, as well as our more spiritual abilities, they will all be involved.

To work among us women nourishes where our daily life leaves empty or little space for our deepest free and authentic expression as women.

We want to regain sovereignty where we expect external responses, even where this may be in a unconscious way. We want to move into the essential dance of generative creativity and gentle determination within and throughout us.

INSIDE THESE TEMPLE GARDENS

Each gathering reveals itself as a beautiful, intense and patient unveiling of the feminine and masculine, within us. To experience these creative principles physically pushes us into a reborn consciousness of who we are as women. It is a sensitive work that gently penetrates our most intimate terrain.

The Class keeps her boundaries carefully protected in order to safely contain the colorful range of our feminine energy and its expression. A more sensual and ondulating mood steps in just waiting to be released into movement.

During these encounters the nourishing energetic expansion that gets created is gifting us with a feeling of being enveloped in a bath of joy and a deep settling within our feminine well.

AMONG US

To those who participate, especially if it is for the first time, I want to give a hint of what we do even if it may be hardly tangible throughout words. 
The physical work we do involves the energies of our body vessel on all levels, the visible and the invisible ones.

For every meeting I carefully prepare practices and meditations, and I keep a lot of space for the creative expression of dance. These are often the most sacred moments and they truly may remind us of ancient times in real Temples.

Depending on the energetic moment of the year catharsis can occur that can release from some rusty chain.
The different holistic practices are rooted in the disciplines of Yoga, Ayurveda and Arts of authentic Tantra.

FOR WHO WANTS TO PARTICIPATE

The Classes are open to every women.
Who is less used to movement, I invite you warmhearted to trust the present moment and the presence of all the women as a huge coming into resonance happens during the Class.

For the dancing part there is no technique required. Just be ready to tap into the body’s energy and into some unknown parts of you.
