Our INCANTO Classes are a regular once a week training where we organically move through Contemporary Dance and holistic practices.

In this spacetime we connect to our vital life force and allow ourselves to bring light into our new becoming. A becoming that seems to be both delicate yet powerful.

VOCATION

Yes, it is our Spirit we connect with and allowing it to flow in and through our physical temples.

It simply feels so vital this state of completeness, our alignment in totality. We may sense it on a conscious or unconscious level, yet what happens is magic.

Let’s assume that our essential Being which we may give names such as light, soul, spirit … , manifests through matter.
It is therefore intimately connected to the body, as it is to the emotions, as it is to the mind.
And it is connected to vision.

On all these different levels we can give an input: physically – concerning the organs, muscles and the skeleton. Emotionally – as it is our primary wish to bring you into joy.

The more we are aligned within the certainty of our true Being the more we are able to manifest ourselves on every level.

Through our work on movement we stimulate the process of self evolution, of self becoming.

Indeed a coming home.

WHAT WE DO

This is where we put our focus on during the INCANTO encounters: releasing tensions in the tissues of the body, making space in-between the cells through all infusing breath, regaining the feeling of being centered, activating a new trust in the body and in relating to others, maintaining the body in a healthy state.
Joy and vision through the dance of Spirit.

For to do so we will use different practices such as yoga, stretching of the meridians, physical meditations, sound, breath.
But over all we play out our healthy craziness in creating such dances. Solid, poetic, visionary.

FOR WHO WANTS TO PARTICIPATE

With these Classes we offer regular and intensive appointments every week. We address those who want to train, maintain or form themselves within an energetic work through dance and holistic practices. … and those who simply want to dance for pleasure.

The Classes are open to everybody and without any request of level. The work we do is based on the stimulation of the personal energetic resources and as we all come into tune it happens that we exchange high vibration among us through the capacity of resonance.

Le Classi INCANTO sono un regolare training di una volta a settimana nelle quali ci muoviamo attraverso la danza contemporanea e pratiche olistiche con passo organico.

In questo spaziotempo creiamo la connessione con la nostra forza vitale e permettiamo a noi stessi di portare la luce in un nostro nuovo divenire. Un divenire che sembra essere allo stesso tempo delicato e potente.

VOCAZIONE

È con il nostro Spirito che ci connettiamo, permettendogli pieno fluire dentro e attraverso il nostro tempio fisico.

Che immenso senso di vitalità lo stato di completezza, il nostro allineamento nella totalità. È percepito a livello conscio o inconscio, ciò che accade è magico.

Supponiamo che il nostro Essere essenziale, al quale possiamo dare nomi come luce, anima, spirito…, si manifesti attraverso la materia. È quindi intimamente connesso al corpo, come lo è alle emozioni, come lo è alla mente. Ed è collegato alla visione.

A tutti questi diversi livelli possiamo dare input: fisico – riguardo agli organi, ai muscoli e allo scheletro. Come lo è emotivamente – poiché è il nostro desiderio principale portarvi nella gioia.

Quanto più siamo allineati nella certezza del nostro vero Essere tanto più riusciamo a manifestarci a ogni livello.

Attraverso il nostro lavoro sul movimento stimoliamo il processo di evoluzione del sé, e del divenire sé.

Un ritorno a casa.

CHE COSA FACCIAMO

Negli incontri di INCANTO mettiamo il focus sullo scaricare le tensioni dai tessuti del corpo, sul fare spazio tra le cellule attraverso il respiro, sul ricomporre la centratura, sull’innesco di una nuova fiducia fisica e relazionale, mantenere in uno stato di salute.
Gioia e visione nella danza.

A fare ciò ci aiuteranno le varie discipline come lo yoga, lo stretching dei meridiani energetici, le meditazioni fisiche, il suono, il respiro.
Ma soprattutto la sana follia nel creare le nostre danze. Concrete, poetiche, visionarie.

PER CHI VUOLE PARTECIPARE

Con queste Classi offriamo un regolare e intenso appuntamento settimanale. Le rivolgiamo a chi vuole allenarsi o formarsi, evolversi o semplicemente trova piacere in un lavoro energetico sia sulla danza che attraverso varie pratiche olistiche.

Sono aperte a tutti senza alcuna distinzione di livello perchè il lavoro che proponiamo si basa sullo stimolare personali risorse energetiche. Così accade che ci sintonizziamo attraverso la capacità di risuonare fra di noi.
