We presume that through breath, sound, other … the portals of our Being have already opened wide. Therefor we are ready to receive and stimulate the energies which we want to feel present in our organism.

Now we can connect to an image. Physically, visually, energetically.
By being entirely and possibly totally identified with this image on all of these levels we are able to create a kind of transmission of exactly this energy.
Understanding to be the symbol we go beyond ourself as a Persona and will be enveloped by a sense of entire, of Oneness.
WHAT WE DO
By practicing the positions we create energy which we want to store in our body. Truely an Aura Luminosa process to enhance your light body.
This will also support you to integrate the energetically already available new information for our cells which is coming simply through light, therefor by sun, into our body.
From such a rebirthing place we can create a new and more peaceful vibration in ourselves which is able to generate a ripple effect around us.
That’s how we start to change and how we become aware of our own, beautiful strength and power.

Premettendo che le porte del nostro Essere si sono spalancate, attraverso il respiro, un suono, altro … allora siamo pronti ad accogliere e a stimolare le energie che vogliamo rendere presenti nel nostro organismo.
Corpo, seguici nella Asana!
Ora possiamo legarci alla immagine in modo fisico, visivo, energetico.
Attraverso una intera e se vogliamo totale identificazione con essa a questi vari livelli, siamo in grado di creare una sorta di trasmissione di tale energia in noi.
Nella comprensione di essere il simbolo, andremo oltre noi stessi come Persona e saremo avvolti da un senso di intero, l’Uno.
CHE COSA FACCIAMO
Attraverso il muoverci nelle pratiche il nostro vascello fisico genera energia. Vogliamo metterlo quindi nella condizione di poterla immagazzinare.
Un vero Aura Luminosa processo quello di ampliare il nostro corpo luce.
Nuove informazioni per le nostre cellule ci stanno arrivando.
Giungono attraverso la luce, semplicemente attraverso il sole, e sono energicamente disponibili a essere integrate nel nostro corpo.
Da tale luogo lentamente rigenerato possiamo creare una nuova vibrazione che è in grado di creare una inondazione pacifica che fluirà anche nel nostro attorno.
È così che cominciamo a cambiare e a diventare consapevoli della nostra propria e bellissima forza che porterà a galla l’aspetto luce del potere, restituendo a questo termine il suo significato guarito.
